Position Overview:

This scope of work is for Applications Development Analyst services for the development of new and existing functionalities required to support the Automated Tobacco Activity Collection System (ATACS), .Net, database, analysis, design, and development. Contractor will provide these services to the Florida Department of Health (Department).

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

.NET RELATED EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with the following technologies and products: object oriented and object-relational design and development, web technologies, XML, HTML, MS SQL, Microsoft .Net.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with MS versioning tool.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with creating and maintaining technical documentation for all development tasks.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in creating and managing crystal reports.

MS SQL RELATED EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with MS SQL products inclusive of MS SQL.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an MS SQL data modeler inclusive of data design/modeling, monitoring, and performance tuning..

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with SQL programming inclusive of stored procedures, functions, triggers etc.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with SQL relational databases, OLTP and DSS, serving in high performance, service-oriented, multi-tiered environments.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with database design tools.

Position Overview:

This Position is responsible for developing and maintaining the Program’s instructional material, including procedures, work instructions (user guides), training, forms, and rules.

Required Experience (Minimum Qualifications):

• Minimum of three years of experience developing instructor-led and computer-based training.

• Experience writing technical instructions.

• Minimum of three years of experience working with Articulate Storyline 360.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with knowledge base software.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or certification in Instructional Design or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
